this place is rustic fab at it's absolute best. High ceilings, raw space, outside tent, charming town and check out those grounds. A barn is kind of weird (I could get this for $50 in Dalton GA) but it seems to match fall. Imagine the outside lined with jack o'lanterns.
The rental is pretty reasonable although it's kind of in the middle of nowhere. Well not exactly but it's not right on train line - honestly though, how many friends are coming from NYC? less than 1/4.
