junk drawer design

my head is all over the place. in the wedding part of my head. we have two problems to solve with hard work and creativity:
- while charming the inside of our venue is completely bare. great molding, fireplaces, wall paint, hardwood floors. no furniture and LOTS of rules like no tape, no balloons, no confetti... if we had a little cash, someone with time for creative vision (ie does it for a living) could pull all of my junk drawer ideas together and make the inside look like the wooded forest fairy tale party i want it to be. (LOL, the princess bride's "maaraage" just came on)

- we have great ideas for the outside ceremony and only a few hours to execute it (can't get in earlier) (wuv, tu wuv)

and i guess the third is that as much as i want to bring the outside inside, i am so over the wooded garden theme. i need to stop that. it will be mine, therefore it will be totally different.

let's start with tables:
- they are round. need tablecloths. our colors are seafoam blue, mint, grass green, black and magenta. i've looked at vintage tablecloths (too floraly, too girly), and plain ones (too pricey and b-o-r-i-n-g). i'm thinking I need to buy fabric as runners on round tables looks yuck. ikea? a local fabric store (expensive)? i'm thinking on sale urban outfitters tapestries? hmm, worth a look.
-theme: places we've been, we've lived, we love. types of trees that we love (sleepy hollow, charlie brown xmas tree, muir woods, weeping willow)? our theme is friendship so i've been thinking about naming them after uh, something to do with friendship? hmm... us at age whatever (ick), street names (blah). no movies, books, travels, photos, occupations (no, no, no, no) what's left?
stuck in the mud.

Here are a few ideas that i actually DO like:
- tunnel vases with gels and wrapped in lace (led tea lights), tea cups filled with flower buds, tree branches spray with butterflies.
