that would be my head. again.
you know when you were in school, or for some of us, you know when you have an exam, you study study cram cram cram facts ideas headers and footnotes into your head until you can't remember a single thing? you go to class, open your writing tablet and your pen begins to write all Harry Potter on you. you don't even know what you just wrote but you knew it. all of it. well that just happened to me with a few "enchanted garden searches" on google and etsy.

i am going to name our tables different trees. not just oak, dogwood...that kind of thing...but trees that have major signifigance in our lives. On a leaf will be the name of the table. On a frame decorated with wood (you'll just see wood and parchment paper) it will explain the significance of the tree. the tablecloths will be white with a gauze material with a leaf or branch design (if that exists) echoing my dress, sorta kinda. the centerpiece will be either branches (tall) or a large birdsnest (or cluster) filled with the fruits or elements of the tree. sound confusing? let me explain one:

the table seating will be leaves or a stamp of the leaf from your tree with paper with velveteen ribbon. so one is the charlie brown christmas tree. another is david's brothers lemon tree (he passed when he was a child so this table will be in memory to him but very much alive and with the spirit and happiness). another is driftwood (my love of the beach), redwoods (davids favorite tree)... getting it? okay. so let's take charlie brown's christmas tree. now i'm not going to decorate it like a christmas tree but the nest or branches will have blue and green christmas bulbs, pines wrapped around the napkins. the rest will be the same so from afar, they will look similar.

david and i both have really fond memories of helicopters - you know the little guys you peeled apart and stuck on your nose? yup, we'll have a tray of those all formal -- on a mirrored perfume tray so you can see yourself. all of the tags that explain everything will be tea stained (tea - our friendship theme).

for invites i have emailed wiley valentine but i'm going to visit blik and see what's avail there. we don't have 300 invites to make - it shouldn't be that bad. yet i'd love one thing totally done for me. that would be amazing. oh and no birdcage (they make me sad- birds should be free). we'll have a bird house. lastly, for now of course, from the beginning i've always wanted a wishing well. totally obsessed with them as a kid so why not?

the tables seating may include keys as that's when everyone comes into the house. i have a ton of keys that i bought for a project and had extra. keys have always played a major role in my art work and it is RAINN's symbol. we are thinking of the favor being a donation to rainn, and if we have kenna, we'll still have the yummy candy bark. see, bark? i didn't even plan that one.

the big question is if i buy all this shiz on ebay, when do i start buying? i will start to look for the bark, nests, white tea cups, white linens, plain tags, stamps, birdhouse and wishing well now. i think i can just make the wishing well though.
